Shipping Destinations
Chantz Clothing currently only ships within North America (Canada and the United States). Please email us at info@chantzclothing.com if you have any further questions. 

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement. Please note that custom fees and taxes that are associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be compensated. If you have any questions with import duties or taxes, please contact our Customer Care team at info@chantzclothing.com prior to placing your order.

Canadian Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $15 for all Canadian orders outside of BC. For orders over $80, we offer free shipping. We use Canada Post, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. The shipping time is 2-7 business days from the date your package has been shipped.

For orders within British Columbia, we charge a flat rate of $10. Free shipping for orders over $80. Expected shipping time is between 2-3 business days from the date your package has been shipped.

Express Canadian Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $20 for express shipping within Canada. The estimated delivery is 2 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

United Stated Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $20 for all American orders. We use Canada Post Air, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. The shipping time is 5-10 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

International Shipping
Please email us for international shipping.

If you are experiencing any difficulties entering your shipping information or creating an account during checkout, please email us at info@chantzclothing.com with your full shipping information and contact number, so that we can help you set up your account. 

If there is a change in your address, please login to your account, and click ‘View Addresses’ to edit/delete your address. If you are having trouble, please contact our Customer Care team to assist in changing your address.

Chantz Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
