Full refunds are available for original-priced items only. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt purchase. Anything received 15 days after receipt may be denied.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and tags must be attached. Once CHANTZ has received the returned package, a full inspection will be conducted prior to issuing your return. CHANTZ has the right to deny a refund if items returned are used, soiled, damaged, or worn. In this case the item will be returned to the sender. You will be contacted immediately via email if the returned item does not meet the standards for refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customers’ own expense and will not be refundable or compensated. We recommend using a traceable mail for your returned items, as CHANTZ is not responsible for lost returned items. If a returned item is not received by CHANTZ, the refund will not be issued. Therefore, we recommend customers to ask for proof of postage at the time of posting their returned items.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received by CHANTZ. CHANTZ will notify you via email once the transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

We will send you the correct item upon receipt proof that you have sent us back the incorrect or faulty item.
