ORDER/CHECKOUT

How do I place an order?
When viewing an item, select your size and quantity and click ‘Add to Cart’. You can click the ‘My Cart’ icon to review the items in your ‘Cart’ at any time. Once you are happy with the items you want, continue to checkout. 

How do I checkout?
Now that you’ve selected all the items you love, click the ‘Check Out’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create an account, which will direct you to your payment. Once you have completed the payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address reviewing your purchases and providing you with an order and tracking number. 

How do I know if you’ve received my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you have not received your email within 48 hours please email our team at info@chantzclothing.com.

Can I cancel or make changes to the order I just placed?
At Chantz, we want you to be happy with the items you purchased. If you need to make a change to your order, you must contact our team within 48 hours of purchase at info@chantzclothing.com. Please include your change/cancellation request details in the email. Because processes happen quickly, changes/cancellations may not always be fulfilled.

The item I wanted is no longer available, will it be restocked?
If the item you are after is no longer on the website, please contact our team at info@chantzclothing.com to see whether this item will be restocked.

Do you have a size chart?
Please see our Size Guide page to view our general size chart. However, if you have specific questions or would like our team to help you with finding a size that will best fit you contact us at info@chantzclothing.com.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Do I have to create an account?
No, you have the option to checkout as a guest. However, creating an account with Chantz allows you to purchase items, manage your shopping cart, add to your wish list, receive our newsletter on all of our latest arrivals, and receive discount codes.

How can I update my billing address?
To update your billing address, sign in to your account and click on 'View Addresses.' From there, you will be able to edit or delete your address. 

SHIPPING

When will I get my items?
Estimated shipping time for orders is 5-10 business days from the date your order has been shipped. For more information, please refer to our Shipping page. 

How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will be emailed your order confirmation and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your information to be processed and emailed to you. If you do not receive an email after 48 hours, please email us at info@chantzclothing.com. Once you have received your tracking number, visit Canada Post to check the status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Chantz Clothing only ships within North America (Canada and the United States). Please email us at info@chantzclothing.com if you have any further questions. 

RETURN/EXCHANGES

How do I return an item?

Can I return a sale item?
All sale items are final sale.

How do I know if you have received my return?
Once we have received your return, we will immediately get in contact with you. However, we do recommend customers to use traceable mail for returned items and to provide proof of postage, as Chantz is not responsible for any lost returned items. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page for further information.
